Based in Singapore but originally from the UK, Carla is a meaning maker, story finder, and dot connector. She brings 25+ years of global experience in organisational change, people and learning strategy, management consulting, leadership development, coaching psychology and facilitation.

Carla is a member of the British Psychological Society (BPS) and a founding member of the BPS Division of Coaching Psychology.

She is also a trained Co-Active Coach, ICF member, Barrett Values Certified Consultant, Leadership Circle Consultant, Hogan trained, and Harthill Leadership Development framework practitioner.

She is a creative and dedicated learning partner, with over 23 years experience in instructional and learning design, development and implementation of learning solutions and as consultant and trainer for two Big 4 Professional Services Firms.

Her purpose is to be a positive, caring and supportive force that helps others to achieve their goals.

Based in Singapore, Cindu is a coach, facilitator and developer of leaders and teams.

She has many years experience consulting for large global leadership organisations across the APAC region and globally. Prior to her consulting career, Cindu was a Senior Leader at OnMobile Global, working across teams in 50+ locations and a Senior. Consultant with Media organisations – Star TV (now Disney Star), Clear Media and Indigo.

In addition to her years of experience she is also a PCC ICF Certified Coach and accredited in a wide variety of culture and leadership assessment tools including Barrett Values, Leadership Circle,Hogan Personality assessment, Influence style indicator, Workplace Big5, Integrative Enneagram. Henrik is an executive coach, sparring partner, facilitator and advisor for senior leaders and their teams across Asia and Europe. After 20+ years in corporate organizations, Henrik reinvented his professional life, went back to university and now works with senior leaders and their team globally.

His 1:1 work focuses on enabling leaders to create impactful personal growth and leadership practises. His team development work focuses on enabling high team performance through team momentum and new co-creation capabilities.

In addition, he also supports companies’ growth and transformational initiatives, and he is a Senior Program Advisor at the National University of Singapore.
