Women on Purpose

Unlock the leadership potential of your women to unlock business performance

In just six months, we help your high-potential women become the leaders your business needs next

  • Women on Purpose is a 6-month leadership journey designed to grow, retain, and elevate the women driving your organisation forward. It’s not just about individual growth. It’s about unlocking the potential of ambitious women so they can unlock innovation, culture, and performance across your business

  • We’ve coached and supported hundreds of women across global organisations over the past five years from FMCG to finance, energy to tech. And we’ve seen the ripple effect: when women have the clarity, confidence, and tools to lead with purpose, they uplift the entire system around them

  • Organisations that invest in women at key moments stepping into leadership, navigating change, or preparing for bigger roles - build stronger pipelines, faster decision-making, and more inclusive, resilient cultures

Women on Purpose is designed to elevate everyone

Participants say…

“ This programme gave me the language and courage to articulate my ambition. I now have a seat at the table and I use it to grow the business and my teams ”

Unlock leadership potential …

The leadership potential of your women leaders is one of your most under-leveraged business assets

  • Many women are performing at high levels, but not always progressing at the pace you want them to be

  • Many are experts at navigating complexity, at work and home, but with little space to reflect or reorient

  • Many are holding back their strategic voice, unsure how to fully step in - we know how to unlock this

  • And many are ready to lead, if given the right structure, support, and space

Women on Purpose helps them rise on their terms, and in ways that directly benefit your business and in a way that will help them grow others too.

Each cohort runs with a maximum of 20 participants, supported by 2 high experienced coach / facilitators

This ensures deeper learning, stronger peer connections, and greater impact for everyone involved

We work with your leaders and talent teams to design the most impactful journey for your organisation

Key components of the journey

01.

Executive Coaching

2–3 personalised 1:1 coaching sessions designed to unlock insight, shift patterns, and accelerate growth.

Each participant is matched with an experienced coach who creates a confidential space to explore personal leadership challenges and ambitions. Whether it’s navigating a stretch role, building executive presence, or breaking through imposter syndrome, these sessions are catalytic.

Coaching deepens self-awareness, clarifies purpose, and helps women leaders reframe limiting beliefs into powerful action.

It’s often the most transformational part of the journey—and a critical lever for retention and long-term impact.

"I finally understood the difference between working hard and leading with intention and how to choose the latter."

02.

Group Coaching Pods

3 facilitated small-group sessions that foster connection, shared learning, and long-term support.

These pods create a psychologically safe space for participants to reflect, share experiences, and coach one another across challenges. They also build deep bonds that extend beyond the programme forming informal networks of accountability, sponsorship, and trust.

Participants often describe pods as the missing piece in their leadership journey: a place to be honest, seen, and stretched by peers walking a similar path.

"The pod was where things got real. We helped each other hold the mirror up and move forward together."

03.

Tranformational Workshops

3-4 custom-designed sessions (delivered virtually or face-to-face) that align with your leadership development goals and business context

The workshops cover the most critical areas for women in leadership today from defining personal purpose and sustaining energy through change, to navigating power dynamics and owning one’s influence with confidence.

Participants strengthen their leadership presence, build authentic personal brands, and develop strategic career roadmaps that reflect both ambition and values.

With a fresh take on networking and sponsorship, they learn how to cultivate meaningful relationships that support long-term visibility, growth, and impact.

"Every session felt relevant, real, and practical. I walked away with tools I could use immediately and shifts I’ll carry long-term."

Insights from our research…

We surveyed 100+ women from diverse industries, life stages, geographies and cultures to gain a better understanding of how they really feel about their life and career, what support they need and what they are wanting from a programme to make the biggest difference to their leadership, life and career. This paper summarises our key findings.

  • We asked women to tell us about their location, age, stage of life and stage of career

  • We asked them about their overall wellbeing and career satisfaction

  • We asked them what type of support and at what stages in their lives they most required support

  • We also asked women about what they'd most want from a development programme in terms of content, format and outcomes

“As a mother to two growing children, I want to be as hands on as I can and be available to them emotionally, mentally and physically. In a few quick years, they won't need me as much as they need me now. On the other hand, as a 40 year old professional, I feel like I'm running out of time to find true purpose and joy from my career”
